I ship by Usps within three days from when the item is purchased unless the bag needs to be made. If the bag needs to be made shipping time will be 8 - 10 days after purchase.
I will always try to have a few bags of every print made and ready to ship. If the bags need to be made, It will take about one week for the order to be finished and shipped. The pattern placement on the picture might be slightly different for every bag.

Customer Service is very important to me. I am sure that you will be happy with your purchase but if you are not and would like to return the bags, please contact me. Refunds will be given to unused items that are returned 30 days from purchasing.
